FITSTUDIO CLASSES

Les Mills BODYPUMP™: 
This barbell workout is perfect for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. We use light to moderate weights with high repetitions to give you a full body workout.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE™: 
Combines tai chi, yoga and pilates practices to build flexibility and strength. Follow a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses that flow to the music and leave you centered and calm.

Les Mills SHAPES™:
An Invigorating blend of Pilates, Power Yoga and Barre set to modern beats. 

Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH™:
Focusing on heavy lifts, powerful movements, and short bursts of effort to build muscle and strength fast. Set to energizing music and coached with intention, this class is challenging, efficient, and designed to help you feel strong and accomplished—without wasting time. Perfect for anyone ready to push a little harder and lift with purpose.

Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™:
This class is a progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength. Using time under tension, as well as rep-ranges depending on the prescribed protocol of the workout. The music is to provide motivation not to go to the beat, like BodyPump. Co me ready to lift heavy and focus on form. 

Yoga Sculpt:
Where yoga meets strength training and cardio. This 60-minute, music-driven class combines yoga flow, light weights, core work, and heart-pumping cardio for a full-body burn. We move through intentional sections — legs, arms, core — with energy that keeps you engaged from start to finish.

Bootcamp: 
This class uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to help your body burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. You'll target your lower body, upper body, and core, along with cardio, in every session. Every move is modifiable, making this class suitable for all fitness levels!

ZUMBA®: 
This fun and energetic workout offers a mix of high-intensity and low-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness class. This total-body workout includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy. 

Mat Pilates: 
Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and increase flexibility in this all-levels mat Pilates class. Using controlled movements and focused breathing, you’ll engage deep stabilizing muscles to build strength, balance, and body awareness. This 45-minute class is low-impact and perfect for everyone—whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so you can move at your own pace!

CYCLESTUDIO CLASSES

Boost-Cycle:
Join our high-energy rhythm-based ride for an exhilarating cardio workout that combines the power of cycling with the infectious beat of music. This class is designed to get your heart pumping, your legs pedaling, and your body moving to the rhythm. 

Spin Sculpt: 
This combination class will have you strengthening your legs on the bike one minute and toning your arms the next, using light weights and high repetitions. Be prepared to move to the music during this high-energy workout. 

Explicit-Cycle: 
This ride isn’t for the faint of heart. Get ready for 45 minutes of raw energy, heavy beats, and unapologetically explicit tracks that will push your ride to the next level. We’ll crank up the volume, vibe with the music, and let the lyrics fuel your grind. Expect hard sprints, sweaty climbs, and an atmosphere that’s all about letting loose, going hard, and having fun.

LFT 45 is a 45-minute class that blends functional strength training with heart-pumping cardio for a balanced, full-body workout. Each session is designed to build muscle, elevate your heart rate, and boost confidence in a way that feels effective, empowering, and approachable—never intimidating. You’ll train alongside people who care about their health and balance, with guidance from certified trainers and an energy that feels supportive, motivating, and team-driven.
