Stretch Kato -Stretch Director
Stretch Kato is excited to open its doors in Mankato, and we're looking for a Stretch Director to lead our stretch program and ensure a top-notch experience for our members. As the Stretch Director, you will be responsible for managing the entire stretch program, overseeing staff, driving sales, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that combines client engagement, staff management, and business development.

Stretch Kato is excited to open its doors in Mankato, and we're looking for a Stretch Director to lead our stretch program and ensure a top-notch experience for our members. As the Stretch Director, you will be responsible for managing the entire stretch program, overseeing staff, driving sales, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that combines client engagement, staff management, and business development.
General Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor the team of Stretch Technicians, providing training in Stretch Fundamentals and the Sales Process to ensure they are equipped to offer exceptional client care.
Hold weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings focused on goal setting, accountability, and maintaining a positive team environment.
Work closely with the Area Stretch Director and leadership team to align on goals, challenges, and growth strategies for Stretch Kato.
Foster a friendly, organized, and motivated work environment, ensuring a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
Represent Stretch Kato in community events and initiatives to grow the brand and attract new members.
Client Onboarding and Engagement:
Manage the client onboarding process, including conducting fitness evaluations and consultations to assess individual needs and goals.
Create customized stretch routines for each client and track their progress to ensure their goals are being met.
Provide one-on-one Assisted Stretch Therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives personalized care tailored to their mobility and health needs.
Educate clients about the benefits of mobility, flexibility, and overall health, helping them integrate stretching into their daily routine.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales efforts for Stretch Kato's programs by meeting individual and team sales goals.
Manage leads and prospect new clients, following up to convert them into long-term members.
Establish and track individual sales goals, conducting regular check-ins with the team to ensure progress.
Build lasting relationships with clients to maximize retention and ensure high satisfaction with the Stretch Kato experience.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee the organization of client files, ensuring that progress notes, stretch routines, and other documentation are up to date and accurate.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phones, helping with tours, and contributing to the daily operation of the business as needed.
Professional Development:
Maintain up-to-date certifications, including Stretch, Massage or Training Certification, Liability Insurance, and CPR/AED certification.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Stretch Kato is offering the best possible service to clients.
Client-Facing Duties
Initial Client Assessments:
Conduct fitness evaluations during the onboarding process to determine client needs and create personalized stretch programs.
Use insights from these evaluations to develop customized Stretch Routines and track client progress over time.
Motivation and Accountability:
Set clear goals with clients, providing feedback and accountability to help them stay on track and motivated.
Offer guidance and education on how stretching and mobility can improve their overall health, performance, and quality of life.
Sales Responsibilities
Program Sales:
Promote and sell Stretch Kato's services, educating potential clients on the benefits of stretching and mobility training.
Work toward achieving personal and team sales goals, maintaining a strong focus on client acquisition and retention.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients to drive conversions.
Client Retention:
Focus on client retention by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each member is fully satisfied with their Stretch Kato experience.
Engage with clients regularly to ensure they are meeting their health and mobility goals, and offer additional services or programs to keep them engaged.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team effectively.
Strong communication skills, both for client interactions and team collaboration.
Experience in sales with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
Deep understanding of stretching, mobility, and fitness practices, with the ability to assess client needs and develop personalized plans.
Customer service-oriented, focused on providing a positive experience and building long-term relationships.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities, including client files, administrative tasks, and scheduling.
Required Certifications and Experience
Stretch, Massage, or Training Certification (or equivalent).
Liability Insurance and CPR/AED certification.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for health and wellness are essential.
