Hi, I'm Christa! I committed to my fitness routine in early 2023 and I'm excited to help you do the same! After a decade of fluctuating exercise habits, I finally gave weightlifting a try—and I instantly fell in love. There's something incredibly empowering about feeling strong in your body.
My focus is on slow and controlled movements to build muscle safely and sustainably. Having personally lost a significant amount of weight, I understand the emotional journey that accompanies weight loss, health, and fitness.
