Personal Trainer
I always knew working out and eating healthy was important. But social media made it overwhelming to figure out where I should start because I didn't have hours to spend in the gym and I didn't want to meal prep and eat the same leftover meal all week. As a beginner, I felt defeated because I wasn't able to even do the exercises I saw online. I started to get curious and learn as much as I could about fitness and wellness, eventually becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
My main mission is to make fitness and nutrition as simple as possible for people. I love helping people make changes to their lives that allow them to feel the best they ever had about their bodies, live full and energized lives, and feel empowered by focusing on the things they can do rather than what they can't do.
Taking time to understand your lifestyle, background, and deeper motivations is key to making sure you are going to get the most out of group training. We have combined the personalization of personal training with the community and support of group fitness.
